Mum and Baby Pilates:

This course is designed with consideration to your baby so you will be exercising with baby close by or at times included in the exercise. There will be some toys available to help entertain your babies but it is always useful to have one or two of your own. Some classes will include gentle fun exercises for your babies.  The course will include an individual assessment to help establish if you have abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti).

After the class there will be time for tea/coffee and a chat with the other mums.
